1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently offer standard shipping only.
Express shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
  • We are closed on Mondays, so no orders are processed on that day
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs is at a flat rate of $15
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 

4. Important Shipping Information

  • Delivery delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier (timeframe related)

5. PO Boxes & Couriers

  • We DO NOT ship to PO BOX

6. Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched
  • If you choose no signature required, parcels left unattended are at your own risk
  • Redelivery fees may apply if delivery is missed

7. Heat-Sensitive Products

Some products (e.g. chocolate) are sensitive to heat:

  • We cannot guarantee products will not melt during transit
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for melted items

💡 Recommendations:

  • Avoid ordering during very hot weather
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel
  • Avoid late-week orders to prevent weekend delays

8. Damages & Issues

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include photos when reporting damaged items

9. Click & Collect

  • Available during business hours
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for order preparation
  • Contact us if you require a specific pickup time

10. Product Shelf Life

  • Some products have a best before date, all items will be within the date.
  • If any item is received past its best before date please contact us.

11. Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to this shipping policy.
