Balloon in a Box offers a convenient Click & Collect option for selected orders.

How Click & Collect Works

1. Place Your Order

Select the Click & Collect option at checkout and choose your preferred collection date and time where available.

2. Wait for Collection Confirmation

Once your order is prepared and ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation notification with collection details.

Please do not attend collection until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

3. Collect Your Order

Orders must be collected during the agreed collection time.

Opening Hours- Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm

Important Collection Information

• Orders not collected on the agreed date may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
• Balloons are delicate and should be transported carefully.
• Balloon in a Box is not responsible for damage once orders have been collected.
• If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they have the order confirmation details.
