Damaged Item Policy

At Balloon in a Box, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.


Reporting a Damaged Item

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

This allows our team to assess the issue quickly and assist with a resolution.


Resolution Options

Once the damage has been confirmed, Balloon in a Box may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item sent at no additional cost, or
  • A refund for the damaged item

The resolution provided will depend on the nature of the damage and product availability.


Important Information

  • Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Balloons are delicate products and slight changes during transit can occur; however, significant damage should be reported immediately.
  • We may request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.
