Delivery

Where do you ship?


We currently ship to the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Sydney metro areas only.

What if the person is not home when it is getting delivered?

If no one is home when your order arrives, our driver will leave the balloons in a safe place at the delivery address where possible.

If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended, please let us know at checkout. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery or special arrangements.

Please note that once the order has been delivered, we cannot take responsibility for any damage or exposure to weather conditions. We recommend choosing a delivery time when someone will be available to receive it.

Can I choose when my delivery will be delivered?

At checkout, you will be asked to select your preferred delivery date. However, please note that this is a request only and we cannot guarantee delivery on that exact date.

We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred date.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 1-2 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the Gold Coast is $10. Delivery to Brisbane and Sydney is $15.

Please note, express shipping is not available.

Will the balloon float when it gets delivered?

Yes, your balloon will be floating when it is delivered.

Our balloons have an approximate float time of 4–5 days. Please allow 1 day for transit, which is factored into this timeframe.

Can I order multiple ballon in one box?

Yes, you can! To have multiple balloons in one box, please select our balloon bouquet option when placing your order.

Will all the gifts be delivered in one box?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. Mostly from France and China.

Ordering

Can I modify my order?

Please if you would like to modify your order let us know right away. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we cannot modify it.

Credit Card, American Express and Paypal.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Is Click and collect available?

Click and collect is available on certain days.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders must be cancelled before they are processed.

Can I add in instructions?


Yes, you can add instructions to your order at checkout. Please include any special requests or delivery notes there, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
