Order Cancellations

At Balloon in a Box, we understand that sometimes plans change.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been prepared or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation, please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to assist.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped:

• Cancellations cannot be made
• Refunds will not be provided for change of mind
• Orders cannot be recalled or redirected once with the courier
