Returns & Refund Policy

At Balloon in a Box, we want every customer to enjoy their gifting experience. If the recipient does not like their gift, we may offer returns on eligible physical gift items in accordance with the policy below.


Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for physical gift items and must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in perfect condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Please note that balloons are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Balloons
  • Opened or used products
  • Food items 
  • Sale or clearance items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Balloon in a Box is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Store Credit Only

Approved returns will receive a store credit only.
We do not offer cash refunds, or refunds to original payment methods,.

Store credits can be used toward future purchases on our website.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so our team can assist you.
